Tracy Stephens
Manager/SENCO
Tracy has over 20 years experience as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner and SENCO. She has worked for Allsorts since 2000. Tracy is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Martina Hardy
Office/Finance Manager
Martina has been in charge of Office and Finance at Allsorts since 2003. She is a qualified AAT Accountant, responsible for Safer Recruitment, and our Health and Safety representative.
Michelle Dodd
Deputy
Michelle is our Deputy Manager and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. She is an experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner and Room Leader, who has worked for Allsorts since 1999.
Emma Austin
Early Years Practitioner
Emma is an experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner and Room Leader, and has worked for Allsorts since 2009. As our Better2gether Co-ordinator, she undertakes the 2-year assessments together with our parents.
Sara Trinder
Early Years Practitioner
Sara is an experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner and Room Leader who joined our team in April 2021.
Tiff Wigmore
Early Years Practitioner
Tiff is a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner and joined our team in February 2021.
Hayley Robinson
Play Assistant/SENCO
Hayley is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification and shares the SENCO role with Tracy, our Manager. She has worked for Allsorts since 2015.
Sam Fusco
Play Assistant
Sam is an experienced Level 2 qualified Early Years Practitioner who joined Allsorts in 2021.
Kelli Aldous
Room Leader
Kelli is an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner and Room Leader who joined Allsorts in 2022.
